A member of our Patient Services Team will answer your call and will ask you the nature of your medical problem. You will then be added to a list for one of the medical team to call you back to discuss your problem further. If the doctor can deal with your problem, then and there, they will do this. If they feel you need to be seen by one of the team or your problem can be dealt with by one of our Health Care Professional colleagues, they will direct you to them or book you an appointment. If the doctor considers your medical problem a non urgent condition you will be asked to book a routine appointment.
